stemmed from it. The seed was planted and soon
something extrodinary would grow.

man who will have you inspired.
Its time for the arrival of
Wreck-a-mic!
whose coming through and
bringing serious CHANGE!
but who is Wreck-a-mic
where did he come from?
Well Steven Mullen but known to you as Wreckamic is from Denton, Texas BORN! and RAISED!.
HE started out at the age of 16 when he first began to rap and write. Starting out on his local hip-hop circuit, performing in talent shows, at open-mic nights, and other talent showcases; Wreckamic quickly became known for his heavy vocabulary, hard punchlines, clever wordplay, and hustler's mentality; which has moved him into arenas, performing for thousands of people. Since joining up with DJ Frosty, co-founder of GLO Productions, Wreckamic has released such club bangers as "Peep the Way I Strut" featuring Teflon and Magno, and the highly anticipated, "It Goes Down" featuring Paul Wall. Over the years, Wreckamic has not only formed a loyal and strong fan base around the Metroplex because of his talents, and good music, but has also earned respect for his strength of character shown through charity work in the community. This home-grown, dynamic artist illustrates the future of music because he has not forgotten where he came from. Wreckamic can be described as a universal talent through his ability to bridge the gap between underground hip-hop and the mainstream, which has captured a diverse college crowd that loves his melodic themes as well as his undeniable ability to get people on the dance floor. Guys like UGK, 8 Ball & MJG, Outkast, Jay-Z, and Paul Wall & Chamillionaire were influencial far as style. As I progressed skillwise, I started paying more attention to underground/mixtape artists. I've reached the point where most rappers stopped impressing me. Jay-Z, Eminem, Jadakiss and a few others can still make me say "WOW! Did he just say that?"Coming from a musically inclined family I've always been in love with music. Growing up during the hip-hop era it was easy for me to identify with the culture. It really hit home in highschool after basketball and football games when some of the guys and I would freestyle against each other. It was all for fun at first, then it took a turn for the better.
This was just the beginning of the my interview.
As we talked I grew more and more intrigued and interested.
I couldnt stop there I had to ask more and more questions
and get an overall feel for who Wreckamic the artist was.
Q & A!!!
1. What motivates you?
a: That's a good question because my motivation changes. Here lately I haven't even been motivated. Hip Hop has gotten so watered down. I just vowed to be more edgey and angry. I've got alot of personal things goin on in my life and I'm about to steer away from the club type music for awhile and just get back to goin hard.
2. What is one of your short term goals?
a: Basically I just want to be heard and continue to have positive supporters around me, have a large fanbase, and friendships/relationships that will help keep me grounded. I want to be successful.
3. What is one of your LONG term goals?
a: As an artist I want to gain respect and at the end of the day leave a legacy behind.
So I've managed to ask him what motivates you and blah blah blah.
BUT! what about his music LOL!. so it was only correct that I continue asking questions
but ask more detailed questions about his music hince albums, mixtapes, etc.

4. Do you write your own music? and I mean ALL! of your music?
a: I may have other people contribute when it comes to hooks, but other than that its all written by me.
5.Who does your music speak too?
a: I feel as though my music is for everyone. I have songs that can reach those who are into the whole club scene and well as music that just goes hard lyrically.
6. What are your favorite songs by known other than yourself?
a: Peep the way I strut and ziplock fresh which I am excited about because I already have a video for peep the way I strut and will soon have a video for ziplock fresh.
7. Do you feel your music reflects your personally?
a: YES! I feel my music shows off my personality! I speak truth, I can only speak on what it is that I know personally. I can't pretend to speak about situations that I've never expierenced. So everything I rap about is based on my personal expierences, with this I feel as though many different people from many different walks of life are able to relate. My music is relatable. I mean just think the albums and mixtapes and songs are still not over with I have so much more to speak on and express that over time you will be able to know more of me.
8. What can we expect from you in the future?
a: I'm currently working on a project with Dj Da'Hitman:president of Lord Gang Djs titled "Grizzly Bear Adams" and another entitled "FML...I'd hate me too!" I also have started gathering material for a "Wreckamic & Friends" project with producer Noki Swazay, Dj Southpaw(ATX) and Dj J Dot (Houston/PV)
